Information on bookings and prices

Prices are given for the booked period with the specified number of persons. For each additional person (adult or child) there is a surcharge. All prices quoted plus € 3.20 local tax per person (from 14 years) and day - this must be paid on site (subject to change by the municipality).

To confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).

The deposit also serves as a cancellation fee and will only be refunded in the event of cancellation if our travel cancellation insurance has been taken out.

There is no right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code. In accordance with European standards, the booked days will be charged in full in the event of late arrival or early departure. In the event of a no-show, the entire booking period will be charged. If you arrive later than booked, this delay must be reported in any case, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled without further notice.

Only written cancellations will be accepted. For changes or cancellations made up to 8 days before arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged. For changes or cancellations made less than 8 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged.
We recommend that you take out European travel insurance.

If you are unable to attend booked spa treatments, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 8 hours in advance. For later cancellations, the full price of the treatment will be charged.

 

Information about the apartments

On the day of arrival, your apartment is available from 4 PM, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate it by 9 AM. If you plan on arriving after 7 PM, please give us a call and let us know. For organisational reasons, apartments can only be booked by category. We are not liable for personal belongings left behind. Smoking is prohibited on all premises, as are pets. Lost key cards will be charged with 6.00€.

 

Included services

  • Relaxation in our wellness area with Finnish sauna, brine steam bath, Sanarium, relaxation zone and outdoor whirlpool on the terrace. Bathrobe (for adults) and sauna towel are provided.
  • Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided in the apartments. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and dishwasher.
  • Apartment cleaning and linen change for stays of more than 2 weeks, weekly towel change and final cleaning.
  • Ski depot with locker and ski boot dryer, 1 outdoor car parking space, 1 bottle of Christophorus wine, free Wi-Fi on all premises.
